“Old Bluey” Semillon Chardonnay
Old Bluey was a much loved Australian Cattle Dog who holds the world record for being the oldest dog recorded. He lived 29 years, 5 months & 7 days. Bluey worked among sheep & cattle for 20 years, living only on a diet of emu & kangaroo. Blue was owned by Les & Esma Hall of Rochester, Victoria from 1910 to 1939.
This Semillon-Chardonnay displays an excellent balance of fruit and acidity.
It’s rich fruit character, more subtle aromatics and rounder profile enjoy a reputation for aging well over the long haul.
